DISCLAIMER:
Ponce Adventures is an independent company, an intermediary between local car rentals and people who want to rent a car in Puerto Rico. We do not own the cars promoted here, we are not an insurance company or a car rental company. When you book a car, you are renting it to the car rental, not to us.
The price you see includes just the car rental. Security deposit, local taxes, insurance, mandatory cover (e.g. Theft Protection and Collision Damage Waiver) and other fees that, if they apply, are payable at pick-up. It doesn’t include any extra cover or upgrade you buy when you get to the rental store.
If the car is stolen or has been involved in an accident, first call the local police or appropriate law enforcement agency. Next, call your host where the car was rented and explain what has happened. You’ll be led through the procedure to get you going again.
