Tour operators and any business that offers services of activities such as salsa lessons, beach tennis, yoga, jetski and kayak, and paddle board rentals, etc. The idea is to help people find things to do in Ponce.
When a user makes a reservation through our platform, a 10% deposit fee is charged. That fee is our profit, but the user will have a balance to pay at the time of the tour or activity which is the original price of the host. We do not handle the host payments, the client pays the 100% to the host at the moment of providing the service.
First of all, keep an eye on your email for reservations. We expect you to keep in touch with customers, keep them updated on all the details and provide excellent service. We also expect cooperation and collaboration from the hosts when we need promotional and marketing material, either with photos, videos, Flyers, and more.
Although local people can book on the platform, the focus and our target customer is tourists, so we do expect them to know English to be able to serve tourists well.
